Founder & CEO
Although she may not admit it, Lauren embodies almost 20 years of project management, sales, and marketing consulting. Entrepreneurial, creative, and results-oriented, Lauren applies her extensive industry knowledge, comprehensive network, and effective leadership style to consistently deliver exceptional results. In 2009, Lauren launched Elle Esse Group, a full-service visual marketing firm in NYC specializing in project management and production. Setting high standards for detail, quality, and service, Lauren and her staff have built a reputation for creative and innovative ideation and solutions delivery. As a business advisor to clients, Lauren has mastered the full life cycle of sales and production: conceptualizing and selling novel marketing and promotional strategies; overseeing production; and ensuring quality, timely, and cost-efficient delivery of products. Over the years, Elle Esse Group has cultivated strategic partnerships with top manufacturers, production facilities, and certified installation specialists. By aligning with these experts, Elle Esse is capable of offering robust services, which have served to build enduring relationships, currently managing a portfolio of clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. In 2019, just 10 years after the start of Elle Esse in NYC, Lauren decided to expand the company and has been diligently working to grow the business in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

With over 20 years experience, Faith has been a constant in an ever-evolving industry. She specializes in offset printing and outside of the box marketing collateral, always working to stay tuned in to the latest trends. She also has an extensive background that reaches several areas, including digital printing, specialty finishing and binding, large format printing, installations, design, national retail roll-outs, and project management. Faith is extremely detail orientated and will catch any mistake, before it’s even made. She’s basically a life-saver.

Marialyn is a master in the bookkeeping industry, where she brings real-life work experience to the small business owner. Marialyn oversees all accounting, bookkeeping and payroll services at Elle Esse Group and is a program management professional with extensive experience in office administration, customer service and maximizing productivity.

Armed with 10+ years of experience and a background in graphic, web and industrial design, Stephanie’s skill set is a veritable Swiss Army knife. Equally comfortable conceptualizing unique print pieces, laying out and illustrating large custom displays, and designing architectural signage packages, she considers herself a visual problem solver and overall creative guru.
